Learn how you can explore your own experiences of mental imagery

What are your experiences of mental images? They can be:

  • In vivid color, black and white, or just cartoons.
  • You may just know what something looks like without a static image.
  • You may think you have no images at all, or you may have lost them.
  • Your experience may be quite different from someone else.
  • Some lucky people have a photographic memory, often in full colour!
  • You may be great at recalling past events.
  • What do you think your imagination is like?

Why does this matter? Because mental imagery has a vital part to play in learning, problem solving, thinking, creativity, curiosity, critical thinking, education and so much more.

What will you learn in this live class?

  • You will learn in just 60 minutes so much about mental imagery, most of which you would love to have known when you were younger.
  • Find out the value of mental images, what we use them for, how we can improve them and control them consciously.
  • You will also discover the importance of mental imagery for all learning, in particular for Neurodivergent students.

To help parents whose bright creative children maybe struggling, this is offered for free.
