Great video from Patrick’s 20 year anniversary last week.

IT’S TONIGHT! We are celebrating 20 years of Buteyko Clinic International and Patrick himself wants to celebrate it with you on this special live!

The Buteyko Clinic results from Patrick McKeown’s commitment to share this work with as many people as possible. Since first experiencing the power of the Buteyko breathing technique – which he often says has changed his life for the better in unimaginable ways – he works tirelessly to introduce the practice to adults and children with chronic health conditions.

Buteyko Clinic has been around since 2002 when only a few people were working with the breath and breathing exercises like elite athletes, committed yogis, and other high-level professionals. Since then awareness of breathing has changed and become more mainstream and accessible.
