Keeping hydrated is not just quantity by also quality of water

Over the last couple of weeks I have been listen to Ross from http://www.energiseforlife.com providing 3 presentations on this topic.  He has provided in-depth alkaline water & hydration training full of useful tips.  I really recommend you take a look at his videos whilst they are still available:

  • He explains how tap, bottled, reverse osmosis and distilled water is DAMAGING your health every single day
  • why being properly hydrated will dramatically improve your weight, health, vitality and energy within 24 hours (plus my hydration reminder cheat sheet)
  • finally he showed you how to get pH 9.5, antioxidant-rich, ultra-filtered water on tap all day, every day.
I have found his simple explanations demystifying much of the information about keeping hydrated.  In my practice I find that those challenged with learning difficulties  are often very ungrounded and drinking more water is often very significant in their ability to concentrate.  In addition hydration is a fundamental component of returning to health and well-being.  I found his quote fascinating “Ageing and dying is largely a question of dehydration.”  This is bound to have some major knock-on effects on the work I am doing currently on tools to help those with Dementia.
I am not recommending the products mentioned as I am not an expert in hydration, but I do recommend you watch the short videos, they are fully of very practical useful tips and you can make up your own mind about actions you would like to take.
