Someone described me recently as “incredibly grounded”

This took me by surprise as i have worked for years on understanding more and more about grounding and the effects of it on your health and behaviours, with the feeling that there was always more to learn for me and for others.

So I asked this person what they meant. They said “when you are running a workshop you are very relaxed, open to questions and never phased by a question. It is like watching a tree; the core is very still, and the branches move to allow the wind to blow through them, in such a natural way. You are never phased by questions, you take a moment, collect your thoughts and answer in such a grounded way, from the heart, that the answer always makes sense and stretches the audience just a little, to progress their thinking. ”

I hope I can always live up to this brilliant explanation of exactly how I would like to be.
