Jan 10th: Harpenden Complementary Practitioners group business meeting

The business meeting of the HCPG is a great opportunity for local practitioners. This Month’s flyer
This month, we are lucky to have Karen Sludds speaking to us  Karen is a successful and experienced business woman who is interested in supporting small businesses locally with making their business flourish and grow. This month she will be speaking to us about email marketing as a valuable tool in marketing effectively who we are and what we do. In addition, Olive Hickmott, one of our regular members, will talk to us about her experience of publishing, and publicising, books and CDs on social media. For information about this, future speakers and other member and non-member events, visit the HCPG website – http://www.hcpg.org.uk/events.php  and http://www.hcpg.org.uk/memberevents.php.
Don’t forget, as well as gaining valuable ideas, tips and knowledge for continuing to promote your business in what is an environment that is changing and evolving at an increasing rate, you have the regular opportunity to meet and network with other practitioners and like-minded people. Share your ideas and plans and listen to the plans and ideas of others. 2012 is likely to be a challenging year for each of us and the business forum is one place where we can take time to reflect on how we might get better at what we do and become fully equipped to meet whatever challenges might come our way. I think I said this in my December email but it bears saying again – prosperity and abundance comes from within us. If we can find ways to nurture this, we can achieve most things – and maybe anything!
So please join me and your other colleagues and partners in this venture and let’s make 2012 a year to celebrate and remember.
